Gap Training Solutions is a boutique training company. It allows us to follow our passions and help organizations and businesses achieve their full potential by resolving workforce skill gaps through unique approaches, customized training, and leadership coaching. We have a keen interest in learning and have worked in adult education and corporate training for decades. We have trained, coached, and mentored at federal and state levels, at university and technical college levels, and at corporate and small business levels. We have facilitated workshops, off-sites, and strategic planning sessions; conducted experiential and teambuilding sessions; and taught an extensive portfolio of courses including operations management, critical thinking, creative problem solving, effective communication, professional etiquette, project management boot camps, business ethics, diversity, industrial production, and general business and management courses.
One of our most significant deliverables to date is the design and development of a 40-hour course that one of Georgia’s largest employers is using to teach supervisors and managers how to be leaders and guide a broad, diverse workforce in the principles of operations and production in an Air Force depot setting.
